I created this list to help inspire, guide and help you build your resilience with food storage and other essentials in cleaning, toiletries and essential supplies you wouldn't want to go with if your income were interrupted or in other emergencies where supply may be interrupted. 

This guide contains 8 pages including the cover. In the list are spaces where you may want to fill in what YOU might want other than the suggested list. 

It is intended to be printed out to refresh periodically. A food storage check list planner will soon follow.
